We show our customers the basics of ‘TRENCADIS’, the revolutionary technique invented by Antonio Gaudí which can be found all over Barcelona’s main monuments: La Pedrera, Casa Batlló, Parque Güell, Sagrada Familia,Palau Güell, La Torre Bellesguard y la Colonia Güell, etc.. This workshop will take your customers to experience by themselves the Gaudi spirit in a relaxed and pleasure atmosphere. 

My speciality as an artist and event organizer of team-building and group events, is the “Trencadís” mosaic technique developed by Antonio Gaudí.

References: In 2016 I was awarded a Master Diploma for outstanding merits for excellence in work and diffusion of the “Trencadís” Art by the President of the Generalitat de Catalunya.  2018 collaboration with Gaudí World Congress in Astorga, 2019 collaboration on a project organized by UNESCO and CASA BATLLO: “The Restoration of Casa Batlló, from inside to beyond its walls”. You will learn the basics of the technique, learn to handle tools, choose your design and work out your first masterpiece of trencadis – mosaic:

You can con choose between different decoration objects, like photo frame, mirror, elephant, salamander, heard, etc.

Please consider that, when you finished your mosaic artwork, your artwork have to dry and after, we have complete your artwork with grouting. Depending on the object, and the schedule of your workshop, you can pick up your artwork the next day (morning/lunchtime) or you can pick it up the same day if you have had the workshop in the morning. The length of the workshop depends on the type of object you want to make and the Complexity of your drawing. The minimum time is two hours.
